The PLA Trade Show is the best place to sell products and services to nonprofit buyers that support national parks, forests, refuges, and other public land sites.
 
The Trade Show will occur at Ocean Center Convention Center on Tuesday, February 24, and Wednesday, February 25 (set up will take place on Monday, February 23).

Emails will be sent to Corporate Partners the day before registration opens with instructions and discount codes to access early registration.

Booth prices range from $2,050 to $2,400 based on location and extended height options (see below for what's included with booth registration).

To register for multiple booths, you will need to register for each space separately.

Additional Exhibit Staff**

$400 per person / complimentary for exhibit staff staying in designated PLA hotel room block. Up to two additional exhibit staff may be added to each 10' x 10' booth space (max of 3 total exhibit staff per 10' x 10' booth).

($45/person if staying in designated PLA hotel room block**)
Optional Field Trips

Public land field trips are planned for Sunday, February 22, and Thursday, February 26.

* Corporate Partner Discounts: Corporate Partner payments must be made before your trade show registration in order to receive access to discounts and benefits. Click here to renew, join, or learn more about becoming a PLA Corporate Partner. Corporate Partners will receive a discount code via email the Monday before their early registration access opens to use when you register for the 2026 Trade Show.

** Hotel Discounts: Room reservations in the PLA room block must be made before exhibit staff registration to qualify for discounts. Hotel reservation confirmation number must be provided at the time of online registration. Make your hotel reservation directly through the PLA's room block reservation link (don't be scammed by third-party solicitations). 

Booth Registration Includes:

  • Exhibit booth 10' wide x 10' deep with an 8' back and 8' side rail pipe and drape (exceptions include corners or booths adjacent to an endcap).
  • Booth identification sign.
  • Skirted 6' table, 2 chairs, and a wastebasket.
  • One exhibit staff registration (up to 2 additional exhibit staff registrations may be added for an additional fee - see chart above).
  • Company listing, product/service description, and show specials in convention materials.
  • Use of the 2026 PLA Exhibitor logo to promote your participation in the trade show.
  • Pre-show virtual Exhibitor Meeting on February 17, 2026.
  • Opportunity to provide samples, giveaways, and door prizes at your booth.
  • Networking, beverage breaks, and Trade Show Mixer.
  • Access to educational sessions, including Buyer and Exhibitor Forum (additional fees apply for the opening reception and optional field trips).
