The Hilton Daytona Beach Oceanfront Resort is the Hotel Headquarters for PLA 2026

The PLA 2026 Convention and Trade Show will take place across the street from the Hilton at the Ocean Center Convention Center. 

PLA is not working with any housing companies or travel agencies for the purposes of booking hotels. Reservations made through these companies or agencies will be at your own risk. 

PLA Room Rates:

  • Single or Double Occupancy - $199/night + taxes*
  • Government rate available  

Check-In: 4:00 pm / Check-Out: 11:00 am

*Rates are available until 5:00 pm (ET) January 29, 2026, or until the room block is filled, whichever occurs first.  

Guarantee/Deposit: All reservations require a credit card deposit of one-night room and tax at the time of booking.

No-Show/Cancellation: Any cancellations within 72 hours from the date of arrival will be billed for one (1) night’s room and tax.

PLA  roomblock Additional Information: 

  • Waived $25 resort fee per room per day ( associated services not provided)
  • Complimentary basic Wi-Fi in guestrooms 
  • Self-parking is discounted $10 from prevailing rates. 
  • All rooms include a coffee maker and mini fridge.
