All convention and trade show events, except optional field trips, will take place at the Renaissance Palm Springs Hotel.

As of 1/19/18 the Renaissance is sold out.  You may try calling the hotel to see if any rooms are available as a result of cancellations, otherwise see overflow hotel options below.

All rooms have coffee makers, refrigerators and safes.

*Group and government rates are available either until the room block is full or January 26, 2018. Rates and availability are not guaranteed after January 26, 2018. If you have difficulty reserving your room through the website, please contact the hotel directly.

If you are holding hotel rooms at the Renaissance Palm Springs Hotel for people that have not yet registered, we ask that you: 

• Register them for the convention so we can account for all reservations in our hotel block, or
• Contact the Renaissance Palm Springs hotel (phone: 760-322-6000) to release their hotel reservations back into our room block so people who have confirmed their participation can secure a room and register.

Overflow Hotels

Currently, rooms are available at the Hilton Palm Springs starting on Sunday, February 25. If you are arriving prior to Sunday, please use the block at the Courtyard Palm Springs.
