The Hilton Daytona Beach Oceanfront Resort is the Hotel Headquarters for PLA 2026

The PLA 2026 Convention and Trade Show will take place across the street from the Hilton at the Ocean Center Convention Center. 

PLA is not working with any housing companies or travel agencies to book hotels. Reservations made through these companies or agencies are at your own risk. 

PLA Room Rates (Hilton Group Code = PLA26):

  • Single or Double Occupancy - $199/night + taxes*
  • Government rate available  

*Rates are available until 5 pm (ET) January 29, 2026, or until the room block is filled, whichever occurs first. 

Check-In: 4:00 pm / Check-Out: 11:00 am

Guarantee/Deposit: All reservations require a credit card deposit of one-night room and tax at the time of booking.

No-Show/Cancellation: Any cancellations within 72 hours from the date of arrival will be billed for one (1) night’s room and tax.

Additional PLA Room Block Rate Information: 

  • Waived $25 resort fee per room per day (associated services not provided)
  • Complimentary basic Wi-Fi in guestrooms 
  • Self-parking is discounted $10 from prevailing rates. 
  • All rooms include a coffee maker and mini fridge.

The Hilton Daytona Beach Oceanfront Resort is directly across the street from the Ocean Center Convention Center.

Currently, PLA's room block rate ($199) is not available before February 22 and after February 26; higher rates apply based on availability.
