Necessity truly is the mother of invention. When COVID-19 caused Great Smoky Mountains Association to close park bookstores, the Creative Team was challenged with finding a new way to share interpretive messaging. The result: Smokies LIVE, a virtual magazine for park lovers. From the initial idea to brainstorming, planning, outreach, branding, production, and rollout, learn the stages of collaborative product development that will help teams collect dynamic content from many partners and share it online.
