Public Lands Film Night

Celebrate the power of storytelling, connection, and advocacy with a lineup of inspiring films highlighting the beauty and challenges of our public lands. Public Lands Film Night brings together three remarkable stories that explore themes of heritage, accessibility, inclusion, and the joy of outdoor adventure.

Location: Westgate Las Vegas

Filmmakers and storytellers Brendan Hall (How the Land Remembers Us), Quinn Brett (Disabled Views), and Mikah Meyer (Canyon Chorus) will be in attendance. Following their featured film screenings, they will participate in a panel discussion and audience Q&A, offering an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at their films and sharing their perspectives on public lands, inclusion, and advocacy.

How the Land Remembers Us (20 min) 

Amid Yellowstone National Park's 150th anniversary, Indigenous artists gather to celebrate their profound connection to the land. This film explores how Yellowstone remembers their past, present, and future generations.

Disabled Views (20 min) 

Follow Quinn Brett and her team of friends, including adaptive athletes, as they challenge personal potential and social stigmas on the epic Rim 2 Rim 2 Rim trail in the Grand Canyon. This film is an inspiring story of accessibility, adventure, and community in the great outdoors. 



Canyon Chorus (16 min) 

Join Mikah Meyer, his mentor Larry, and friends as they embark on a joyful rafting journey down Utah's Green River. A celebration of friendship, advocacy, and being your true self in the outdoors.
