Description

Public Lands Alliance members, like nonprofits across the county, were forced to adapt rapidly in 2020 to COVID, with the necessity of moving nearly all fundraising to be online. At the February 2021 PLA virtual convention, participants helped generate a list of ideas for fundraising during a pandemic.

In this webinar, we will (a) explore data regarding fundraising during 2020 and the first half of 2021, (b) revisit a few core principles for fundraising during the pandemic, and (c) revisit the Feb. 2021 "ideas list" and expand upon it, with a new focus on activities for a "hybrid" period where both virtual and some in-person activities make sense.

Presenter: Jonathan Poisner, Principal, Jonathan Poisner Strategic Consulting

*Note: this webinar was titled when predictions relative to the pandemic were looking more optimistic.
