Description

Many sources of stress come from demands made on teams at work. While not all stress is bad, current and recent events have greatly increased negative stress on teams. What happens to your team’s engagement and productivity when the level of negative stress outweighs the level of good stress? It is important to take stock of how much negative stress your teams may be experiencing. Leaders need both a specific and a 'helicopter' view of team members and the effect stress is having on everyone’s personal lives and working relationships.

Webinar participants will rate themselves on the Job Stress Scale to begin to examine their jobs and what might be done to make them less stressful but still challenging and satisfying. Join us for this informative and helpful webinar to learn about negative stressors and how to combat them as a team.
