This interactive discussion will focus on best practices for establishing and maintaining a people-first culture that promotes a high level of employee engagement. Presenters will share insights into how employee engagement can be measured and leveraged to retain top talent. Participants will be asked to share their own stories of how they approach employee engagement and retention.
