The PLA 2027 Trade Show will take place at the Hyatt Regency in Bellevue, Washington, on Tuesday, February 9, and Wednesday, February 10, 2027. Exhibitor set up will take place on February 7.

Additional Exhibit Staff**	$400 per person / complimentary for exhibit staff staying in designated PLA hotel room block. Up to two additional exhibit staff may be added to each 10' x 10' booth space (max of 3 total exhibit staff per 10' x 10' booth).

* Corporate Partner Discounts: Corporate Partner payments must be made before your trade show registration in order to receive access to discounts and benefits. Corporate Partners will receive a discount code via email the Monday before their early registration access opens to use when you register for the 2027 Trade Show.

** Hotel Discounts: Room reservations in the PLA room block must be made before exhibit staff registration to qualify for discounts. Hotel reservation confirmation number must be provided at the time of online registration. Sponsorship

Attend the Convention

Participate as a convention attendee and network with customers, all week long. There is plenty to learn about nonprofit public land partnerships. Please note that while networking is encouraged, soliciting fellow attendees is not permitted.

Silent Auction

Build awareness of your company by donating an item/product, service gift certificate, or themed basket of goodies for the Silent Auction. This popular event takes place in the exhibit hall during trade show hours and proceeds support PLA’s Education and Scholarship fund. You can donate to the Silent auction even if you can’t attend PLA 2027.
