Exhibitor Services at the Oregon Convention Center (OCC)

  • The OCC has an online exhibitor information portal and store with information regarding the center, sustainability expectations, parking, loading and a unique PLA link to order electric, utilities, audiovisual, internet and booth cleaning.

  • Terms of service for exhibitors at OCC.
  • Go to PLA's Unique Online Store to begin the ordering process.
    • Events are listed by dates.
    • Use your email and booth number to set up an account with the OCC. If you have exhbitied at OCC, you may already have an account.
  • OCC's Sustainability Communication Kit As part of the contract to use the OCC, PLA and all exhibitors must follow OCC's sustainability policies.
  • OCC parking and directions
  • Load-in and Load-out l OCC (oregoncc.org) - OCC will have dock agents/marshals in the loading area for load-in and load-out.

Location and Schedule

The Trade Show will take place at the Oregon Convention Center in Exhibit Hall A (777 NE Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.).

The trade show will be open on Tuesday, February 28 and Wednesday, March 1. Setup hours will be on Monday, February 27 and tear down hours will be on Wednesday, March 1.

Who Attends the Trade Show

The Public Lands Alliance Trade Show is the best place to sell products and services to nonprofit buyers that support national parks, forests, refuges and other public land sites.
