With new standards begin implemented seemingly every year, we’ll look at both sides of the grants management process -- grants made to agency partners and the grants received by nonprofits in support of its own and its agency partner’s work. We’ll explore the variety of options to record your organization’s commitments in these days of annual workplans and growing responsibilities in administration of “pass-through” grants. From earned income revenues to “best use” donated funds to government grants, we’ll discuss appropriate techniques for tracking and reporting the status of ear-marked funds.
