This workshop will ask participants to explore the meanings and values of diversity, equity, and inclusion in their professional relationships and organization(s). The goal is to illuminate areas of success in the public lands and park partner community, as well as areas in which participants would welcome assistance. This session is being convened by both PLA and the National Park Foundation, based on their shared interest in developing strategies for this community of nonprofit partners to deepen its focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion in parks and public lands.
