Museum membership programs and non-profit public lands partners have a lot in common—and a lot to learn from each other. In this webinar, we’ll hear from Robin Benson Linek, Associate Director of Membership and Social Engagement at the Meadows Museum at SMU, as she shares how her team successfully overhauled their membership program. Robin will walk us through the five key steps of their revamp and offer a practical roadmap to help you reimagine and strengthen your own membership program.
This 45-minute webinar will include plenty of time for questions and discussion at the end. To make the most of the session, we invite attendees to share their organization’s current membership brochures or online links in advance. We’ll compile these examples into a shared resource in the PLA Member Library to support continued learning across our network.
