We're on a Mission

The National Wildlife Refuge System (NWRS) and the Public Lands Alliance (PLA) are partnering to invite new generations of Americans and their diverse communities to thrive in the best places for wildlife conservation, recreation, and nearby nature: national wildlife refuges.

PLA was selected through a competitive process to serve as the national strategic fundraising, friendraising, and marketing partner to the NWRS. Together, PLA and the NWRS will develop programs that will awaken a new generation of wildlife refuge stewards and advocates, as well as strengthen the NWRS nonprofit partner community to ensure this movement to thrive in nature is sustainable.
