Thanks to the invaluable suggestions and observations of our member leaders and stakeholders, we are excited to share our new government relations strategy. This strategy identifies the Public Lands Alliance's (formerly APPL's) position with regards to NPS Director's Order #21 on donations and fundraising, NPS Reference Manual #32 on cooperating associations, new Forest Service partnership agreements, matching funds legislation, transportation funding... and more!

In addition, we were joined by the National Parks Conservation Association (NPCA) to explore how your organization can advocate for public lands. With the upcoming congressional recess this August, NPCA presents tips and resources on inviting your Congress representative to your public land site so you can educate him/her on its importance.
